The most important aspect of an appeal is the brief (the written argument) that is submitted to the appellate court.
The success of the appeal depends on a clear, convincing brief that shows the trial court’s error.

The Pennsylvania appeals process
If you believe a trial court decision is incorrect or improper, you can appeal the decision to a higher court (but the appeal must be filed within a certain amount of time.)
I am attorney Anthony J. Vetrano, and from my office in King of Prussia I handle appeals for individuals, families, and businesses throughout Pennsylvania.

Anyone dissatisfied with a (final) trial court decision can appeal that decision.
The initial question, though, is whether appeal is advisable. I can help you with that determination.
If an appeal is advisable, I can guide you through that process.
